Need advice renting a Condo in Miami Gardens, FL

I recently finished renovating a condo so that my mom can retire, rent it, and live off of it. She’s worked very hard all her life and not had much (I mean she’s had the essentials which is a lot more than others), I was hoping she enjoy the last half of her life without having to work hard just to get by.
The issue is the pandemic happened just as I finished and we paused from putting the apartment for rent until we were sure everything that was happening. Unfortunately, we can’t just let the apartment sit there not producing income while still paying maintenance and property taxes. She and I are new to renting other than my mom renting out our previous house when in dire need and having the tenants live there for months’ rent-free while not being able to evict them right away. I was hoping I could get some help/some questions answer.
Property Information
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
2nd floor (top floor) Condo in Senior Neighborhood (Age requirements 55+, no children under 16)
Square feet: 910
2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Balcony, 2 front entrances, Personal Parking Space, Dishwasher, Hardwood Floors, View to the surrounding canal.
Community clubhouse and pool, building washers and dryers.
A few minutes from Turnpike, I-95, Palmetto (826), US1, US7, US9, I-75
15-20 minutes from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airport
15-20 minutes from Sunny Isles, Golden Beach, Haulover Park/Beach. (30 from Miami Beach)
10-25 minutes from malls and casinos including: Aventura Mall, Sawgrass Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino, and Hard Rock Stadium.
Now the questions I have:
  1. Should I use Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Craigslist, Cozy, Zumper, Hotpads, Facebook’s Marketplace, Oodle, Rentals.com, Apartments.com, Rent.com, TurboTenant? Why? Why not?
  2. Should I get a realtor or should we just try our luck on these websites?
  3. What information above should I out in the listing? What should I remove?
  4. What laws should we be aware of as landlords? Or someone putting something up for rent? (I don’t mind reading so a simple link or name, I can do the research)
  5. What inspections should we have done before renting?
  6. What forms should the applicants fill out?
  7. What forms should the renters fill out? (once rented)
  8. Should we wait longer to rent while the pandemic is still in an unpredictable state?
  9. Are there any protections as landlords while the pandemic is active?
My mom just doesn’t want to go through the situation she did before and was hoping for a smoother process/outcome.
Any other information is appreciated.
Thank you in advance for all the help.

US Special filming locations

I've been on the hunt for the filming locations from the US special... here's a list I've compiled. I'm still missing some of the seedy car dealerships, and nondescript locations like the field.
850 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126 - Former location of Affordable Motors, "I think I'd like to take this one for a test drive"
4181 SW 8th St, Coral Gables, FL 33134 - Former location of Maroone Chevy ($1000 Corvette), and location of America's only contribution to western civilization.
8301 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 - Former Kar Krazy, where Hammond drools over classic muscle cars
1410 NW 79th St, Miami, FL 33147 - Former Adolfo's Clean Used Cars, "a tidy Camaro at a place called Adolf's"
8020 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 - Former "Government Cars" location where Hammond checks out previously used Law Enforcement vehicles
10000 NW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33147 - Former location of "Robert the Persian's" car lot.
9515 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI 48210 - Footage used for "lower back end of town" as Yum-Yum donuts. Is now a Checkers. Club Venus can be seen across the street.
8800-8816 US-12, Detroit, MI 48210 - More footage used for "lower back end of town" Looking East on Michigan Ave. This one was figured out thanks to /Detroit, and specifically Additional_Example.
8945 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150 - Former location of We Aim to Please Motors, the optimistic dealer Hammond visits.
3500 NW 37th Ave, Miami, FL 33142 - Miami Jaialai Stadium, now called Casino Miami. Meetup point was in the back. Certain angles from street view history confirm.
17047 Bee Line Hwy, Jupiter, FL 33478 - Moroso Motorsports Park, Now called Palm Beach International Raceway. Home to Stig's American Cousin.
6485 Metal Dr, Fort Pierce, FL 34945 - Former Best Western, now a Days Inn. "Does it have petrol in it?" and jumpstarting the Cadillac.
1800 SW Hwy 484, Ocala, FL 34473 - Steak and Cheeeeese biscuit fueling station. (Exxon)
Mall at the Source - Westbury, New York. Footage used for the shops where they buy the Freedom Grill, etc.
4529 Forsyth St, Milton, FL 32583 - One of the many churches passed in Bagdad.
32485 US-90, Seminole, AL 36574 - State Line Convenience, site of the redneck rampage.
2123 Ursulines Ave, New Orleans, LA 70116 - Site where the cars were donated. Last known location of James's Cadillac.
If you're familiar with others, please fill me in. I'd love to have as many as possible.

So you're coming to visit, huh?

Lately we've been having a somewhat large amount of people posting in here asking about the area, and etc. So I figured I'd make something like this.
On Traveling
The BB&T Center is located in Sunrise, FL (my hometown, nbd) the closest airport to fly into would be FLL or Fort Lauderdale International. From FLL to Sunrise is about 15-30 minutes depending on how much traffic you hit. Flying into Miami International will yield different results, it's roughly 45-1hr on the turnpike. I've seen someone ask about biking once, not feasible at all.
On parking
Don't pay for it if you're going to the game, don't dooooooo it. 99% of us here and anyone who goes to Panther games would advise you to just park at Sawgrass Mills Mall/Giant parking lot, literally right across the street from the BB&T, like, literally right across the street. Unless your ticket came with a parking pass or something and you would like to use it like a big shot.
On the area
Well the previously mentioned Sawgrass Mills Mall is pretty dope. I believe it's the largest mall in the state, but I could be wrong. It has a movie theater, loads of shopping and restaurants. There's a Gameworks place, a Billiards bar, and most importantly a Barbie Dreamhouse. Not too far from Sunrise is Flamingo Gardens which is a wildlife sanctuary, and as most anyone growing up in the area can tell you it's pretty cool, cause they have probably done service hours there. I know I have.
If you're staying in Ft. Lauderdale than you're living it up. Not too far from Sunrise, not too far from Miami if you want to make the trip, also Ft. Lauderdale has plenty to do, there's Las Olas Boulevard, the Museum of Science and Discovery, Seminole Hard Rock Casino. You're close to the beach, the night life is good, there's more restaurants and bars than I can probably count. And Lauderdale-by-the-sea is dope. It's a good time.
On Hockey
The most important part. If you're a visiting fan, no one will bother you unless you're a dick, or unless someone is a drunk asshole and they bother you. Both chances are small. If you want to wear a jersey from a team not playing go ahead, I've seen it loads of times. And most importantly have fun!
That's all just a pretty quick put together guide of the area. If people got more stuff to add or if I missed something or my info was incorrect go right on ahead and comment!

NLHE Tables in South Florida?

Hi, I live in south FL, and I'm just looking for casinos based on a few criteria: how soft they are, what rake is like, the limits, etc. - overall, which is/are the most profitable? Is there even a difference based on these factors? Anyone have experience with various casinos with NLHE in the south Florida area? Any other general advice? This'll be my first time playing live at a casino.
Casinos I'm looking at:
(Basically in Broward/Miami-Dade-esque areas, if you're familiar to the area)
Thanks!

Shows/Concerts coming up this week

Hey South FL,
Just wanted to let you all know that we have a awesome, diverse lineup of musical acts coming to town this week. It's sometimes tough to find new cool stuff to do around here, I recommend you come out and see some live music with your friends, or make some new ones while you're out.
Here's whats on my schedule for this week, feel free to add others in the comments:
Tuesday 10/2/12: Pretty Lights @ the Fillmore. $45 after fees
Awesome DJ with great production. General admission at the Fillmore, so you can get as close as you like. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vou6F9Q2u6Q
Wednesday 10/3/12: EOTO @ Revolution. $25 after fees
Can't say enough good things about EOTO. These guys play some great EDM, all improvised and live. They don't have any prerecorded samples, everything is played, recorded, and looped on stage. They also have an awesome new stage setup. I've seen these guys live a few times now and highly recommend them, awesome show, should be even cooler with the new 3d projection.
http://www.youtube.com/useeotovideo?feature=CAQQwRs%3D
Friday 10/5/12: Victor Wooten @ Culture Room. $32 after fees
Amazing Bassist. He's won numerous Grammys and is world renowned. The guy can really tear it up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVQEe8OI3zk
